Starting 3–5 months before your big day, I’ll step in to tie up loose ends, coordinate your vendor team, craft your perfect timeline, and make sure nothing gets missed. Think of me as your wedding bestie, here to support you with anything and everything you need as we head toward “I do.” From the final details to full day-of coordination, I’ll be there to make the magic happen—so you can simply soak it all in.

Lead Wedding Planner
Hi, I'm Gabrielle, the heart behind Lily & Fern Event Co.
With nearly a decade in hospitality and a background in tourism and event management, I’ve always loved creating unforgettable experiences. But it wasn’t until getting engaged in 2021 and planning my own backyard wedding in 2023—that I truly fell head over heels for wedding planning.
From choosing napkins to building playlists, managing vendors, and mapping out timelines, I adored every second of it. (Crazy, I know!) I thought I had every detail covered... until the big day arrived. That’s when I realized how important it is to have someone there to run the show, so you can simply enjoy it.
My amazing mom stepped in and unknowingly became my day-of coordinator—making everything run smoothly but missing out on so many special moments. That’s when I knew: no bride should have to ask her mom (or anyone she loves) to work on such a meaningful day.
So, I combined my experience, education, and passion to launch Lily & Fern Event Co.—a wedding planning service built on heart, support, and the belief that your people should be guests, not your crew.
